Customers have the right to opt out of receiving certain types of information from us (e.g., marketing information) but we reserve the right to continue to send product announcements, downloads and service updates to active SmartSoft customers without offering the ability to opt out. We do this because we consider such information to be an important part of your software subscription.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy Policy where appropriate. We will notify you of any changes or updates to this policy on our Privacy Policy page. By continuing to use this site after such changes are posted, the user acknowledges acceptance of these changes.
