Return Policy

We stand behind our software, and we want you to be completely confident and satisfied with your SmartSoftDQ purchase. In addition, you may return your software within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. However, this does not apply to web service products. As a result, customers can purchase with greater confidence while clearly understanding the return policy.

New Product

• All products are unconditionally warranted for thirty (30) calendar days following the date of purchase.
• In addition, damaged products will be replaced free of charge.

Annual Renewals

• Not eligible for return.
• Unshipped product may be credited toward purchase of new product.

Please Note:

• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• All sales for Data Enhancement Services (DES) are final, and no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to both real-time DES processing and bulk credit purchases. However, customers should contact our support team promptly at support@smartsoftusa.com if any issues arise.
• Move Update software and Single Update Licenses (i.e., Product Shots) are sold as-is and cannot be returned for a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for web-based services that have already been rendered.
• Developer’s Toolkits may be returned for credit toward the purchase of an alternative Toolkit.
• Purchases made using a SmartSoft lease are subject to the terms of the lease agreement.
