The AccuMail .NET Address Verification API provides a flexible way for you to embed address correction and coding capabilities into Windows applications and Web pages. The .NET API provides an interface between your own application and AccuMail, a program that corrects and codes addresses. It can be used, for example, to create applications that:

Correct and code input postal addresses as they are entered by clients and before they are saved to your database.
Immediately notify clients when they have entered an address that is considered undeliverable by USPS.
Provide a public or internal network page where people can obtain the most correct and complete expression of individual addresses.
